Day 48: Mon 27 Jun - Perth, 5-16deg, cloudy but fine

The schoolies made a noise till just after 10pm. With a van park full of oldish people (not us!) one would think the management would be right onto any unruly behavour. Better still, the adults who are supervising the little darlings should have been onto it. They were up at 5:30am running around again, so the late risers wouldn't have been happy. We have noticed that grey nomads are very late stirring in the morning.

Wendy had some urgent work she needed to do so after brekky Greg headed out on the bike on excellent bike paths towards the city. He had a really good day around the big smoke of Perth. Lots to see: The Quay, The Mint, Cathedrals and Churches. Ran out of time but wasn't concerned as he knew he'd be back sometime soon with Wendy to do the whole nine yards.

Dinner was at Brian, Sue and Kean's again; and it was just marvellous; both the food and company that is. We could quickly get used to this! It was unfortunate that we had to leave relatively early, but Kean has school, and Brian and Sue have work, in the morning. We also have to be up early to get an early start for the long drive to Kalgoorlie.
