Day 44: Thurs 23 Jun - Mandurah, 10-16deg, cloudy with some sunshine

There has been an awful lot of money pumped into the area and many people have had their fingers burnt by buying in the boom times. Also rode along the esplanade for a few km. Round trip 21km.

Lunch was had with Terry and Sue followed by a LLD. Wendy did some work in the afternoon while Greg did another ride.
We all enjoyed the venison sausages (from Margaret River) with mash and veggies for dinner. Another great day with two wonderful friends.
